Currently, you may be dealing with a dilemma. You cannot tolerate using a CPAP machine, however, you understand that ignoring your sleep apnea may lead to serious health problems. So what are your options?

One choice is to ignore your sleep apnea, which is not recommended as it can result in serious health issues. Alternatively, you may try using the CPAP machine again and hope that you can use it this time around.

Another option is to try natural remedies that don't involve medication, machines, or surgery. However, these methods require effort. Initially, you may need to spend approximately 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes in the evening doing oral (oropharyngeal) exercises. But don't worry, these exercises can be carried out while doing other things, such as watching TV, working out, reading, or even driving.
